Whole Class Student Recorder is a complete resource, enabling even non-specialists to teach descant (soprano) and treble (alto) recorders to school classes and small groups. It is a 2 year course, based on short video exercises, with everything you need provided onscreen.
Students also learn the basics of music reading and theory rather than just playing tunes by rote, so the course is an excellent stepping stone to learning any other musical instrument.
Membership
The material is divided into 7 Levels. Level 1, for absolute beginners, is permanently available for anyone to try out, providing almost your first term’s worth of material absolutely free.
To access the other levels, a membership account is needed. A single membership costs £50 per year, and various discounted group memberships are also available.
